• Operational dependability (reliability, maintainability, availability, and safety) of a Rafale-type avionics platform in a heterogeneous environment: architectures (Intel, PowerPC, ARM), operating systems (Mac OS X, Linux Ubuntu, Fedora, Yellow Dog, Windows XP SP2), and networks (Ethernet, VME, SCI). The platform included 2 switches, 2 Windows XP SP2 machines (pilot and co-pilot visualization), 2 Linux Ubuntu machines (Nagios server and administration), a NAS server (centralized data storage), a data processing computer, a PN5 radar data processing computer, and a cluster composed of one Mac Bi-G5 and 8 PlayStation 3 consoles (signal processing).
• Study of ARINC653 operating systems for radar antenna management
